Our Story

Birch Blossom Project Consultants was founded by Company Director, Tara Murray in 2022.

Tara's big passions in life are climate change, project management and helping small businesses and groups with big ideas thrive, and make their sustainability and climate change ideas a reality.

During her time working with people trying to set up sustainability projects and businesses, Tara found one of the things they struggled with most was the paperwork. They had great ideas and enthusiasm but were often tripped up by the planning and delivery, resulting in many great ideas failing before they even get started.

Using her experience, skills and knowledge, Tara wanted to offer professional and tailored support to help make these people's ideas a reality. This is why she started Birch Blossom Project Consultants.

What makes Birch Blossom Project Consultants unique is Tara has been where her customers are and knows the challenges they face.

Tara is a an APM registered Project Professional and an IEMA Practitioner (PIEMA) with over 15 years business and project management experience. She has extensive experience in sustainability and climate change, educated to master’s level in Management and Environmental Management and qualified in PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma.

Tara is genuinely passionate about project management, climate change and helping people and small businesses grow and thrive. She cares about her customers and takes the time to get know them to tailor her services to meet their needs.
