This training will help you make sense of all the jargon and scientific data, teach you the basics of sustainability and give you the confidence to use 'climate change language' within your team, business or community, and embed sustainability into your daily practices.

The benefits of a business that prioritises it’s social and environmental impact as well as its profit are endless, but this prioritisation begins at the top. Sustainable leadership is essential in shaping your business’s vision and actions towards environmental and social responsibility.
This training will explore the benefits of sustainable leadership, and the knowledge, tools and skills you will need as a leader to embed sustainability into your business. We’ll introduce the concept of and key elements of sustainable leadership, the importance of risk and resilience in sustainable leadership, and discuss leadership styles and the skills, competencies and behaviours needed to lead sustainability in your business.

This training delves deeper into the topics introduced in the Sustainable Leadership – an introduction training, and what it takes to lead sustainability in your business.
Together we will examine how to lead organisational change within your business and how to embed sustainability into your systems, goals, and organisational culture. You will learn how to develop your sustainable leadership style and the skills, how to effectively engage and communicate sustainability to your stakeholders and how to assess your business's sustainability and plan, prioritise and measure future success.

Climate Change Risk and Resilience
Our climate is changing. Temperatures are increasing and extreme weather events are becoming more frequent impacting communities, businesses, and the environment.
We're all working hard to reduce our impact on the climate, but we also need to adapt to climate change and extreme weather events and increase our resilience to their impacts.
This training explains what climate change adaptation and resilience is and looks at future weather projections and the impact of past weather events to help you identify and manage climate change risks to your business and community.
